The restaurant is absolutely beautiful! The decor is stunning feels like you are in Europe! Our server Gabriella was so attentive and her energy and vibe was giving a girlfriend who was taking care of you! Her recommendations were great Andy girlfriends and I had an amazing time! The food is rich so it’s good to share and get a variety of meals! I highly recommend the anchovies with bread because it comes with the most amazing vanilla bean butter and also crème brûlée!

First time dining here, went for brunch the Saturday before Mother’s Day. Love the vibe, upscale yet still casual and comfortable. Service was impeccable from start to finish. The almond croissant is possibly the best I’ve ever eaten. Antonio, Zeinabou and the rest of the staff were attentive, informative and super professional without being stuffy at all. Great little spot and the food was fantastic. Would absolutely visit again.

It was our first time visiting this restaurant, and we went here during restaurant week. We love the ambience, and the service was excellent from the host to the server. Everyone was accommodating and friendly. We tried one of each on the menu, and everything was delicious except for the duck and the dessert that has peanuts on it. We also tried the cookie, but it was okay and expensive. My husband likes this restaurant, so we will brunch next time.

La Mercerie is such a charming spot, especially if you can grab a table outside during the spring or summer. The outdoor seating makes for a really enjoyable brunch or lunch. I ordered the salmon crêpe, and it was one of the most unique dishes I’ve had definitely worth trying. The oysters were fresh and delicious as well. The coffee was just okay, and the food took a little longer than expected to come out, but the overall experience and atmosphere made up for it. I’d definitely come back.

From the moment we walked in and gave our reservation name, things were chaotic. The two hosts were not communicating super. When we got to our table, our server was nice and so were the runners/busses. I will say it took a while to gain our servers attention when we needed something, he never came over to ask how things were/if we needed anything etc. Service was slow all around. My Aperol Spritz was served to me with completely flat Prosecco, so after waiting a while until our server appeared- he did get me a fresh one with actual bubbles when asked. The food itself was terrible. Not much flavor. The quiche was pretty good but quite small. Potatoes tasted like they were pre cooked and then warmed up when someone orders it. They were slightly stale tasting and had that reheated quality and texture. Lastly. The chocolate chip cookie was horribly dry!!!! Quite frankly one of the driest cookies I have ever eaten. We will never come back, thats for sure. Take your money elsewhere that is worth it.

Despite the 40 minute wait for our reserved table, we enjoyed our Sunday brunch here. The mâitre d’ made up for our long wait with complimentary croissant and crepe with raspberry jelly. For our party of 4, we tried the Salad De Saison and the Lassiete Mixte to share. For our mains we had 2 orders of the Poulet Fernier Sauce Perigourdine, the Quiche Aux Champignons and the Croc Gourmand. And for dessert we shared the Profiteroles Au Chocolat and a Lychee Alaskan Tart. We found the food delicious and the service impeccable. The atmosphere was pleasant and lively.

La Mercerie is such a special spot right in the middle of SoHo it genuinely feels like you’ve stepped into a charming Parisian restaurant without ever leaving New York. The space is beautifully designed, with elegant details that make the whole experience feel elevated yet cozy. The service really makes an impression everyone is so kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Anything we needed was brought out immediately, and they made us feel so taken care of throughout. The food was just as memorable. We tried the viral TikTok cookie and it absolutely lived up to the hype. But the standout for me was the millefeuille so light, airy, and perfectly balanced. Not overly sweet, just delicate and delicious. Easily one of the best I’ve had in the city. If you’re craving that effortless Parisian vibe with incredible food and thoughtful service, this place is 100% worth it.

4 of us went this Sunday night, receipt and pics all available. All of us started throwing up early Sunday morning. We all had to go to the hospital. It’s been determined that we have Staphylococcal Food Poisoning. This is the only thing we ate together. We called the restaurant and of course they’ve completely denied. So if anybody has the same experience we need to speak up. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Already reported to the authorities. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT CLEAN FOOD THAT WONT TAKE YOU STRAIGHT TO THE HOSPITAL
